Chili & Cornbread Cook-Off Registration 2026
Welcome to the Annual Chili & Cornbread Cook-Off!
Select which item of food you would like to compete in below.
If you are bringing CHILI, we ask that you bring at least 6 quarts in YOUR OWN large crockpot/instant pot or other heated container with a serving spoon/ladle. We will provide a place for you to plug in your device and set up. Plan to serve your chili at the start of the event and provide any condiments or sides that you think should accompany your dish. Each chili will be labeled with a letter and you will want to make sure that every bowl that is served your chili is marked with the corresponding letter so that people know who to vote for when the time comes for voting.
If you are bringing CORNBREAD, we ask that you bring Cornbread MUFFINS for easy transport and clean-up. Please bring at least 24 muffins. Each type of Cornbread muffin will be numbered for voting purposes.
We will have a "Best Overall Chili" and "Best Overall Cornbread" winner that will be chosen by popular vote.
Crossings Church will provide: hot dogs and buns, drinks and cookies!
